How do i get the grout film off of my black, ceramic, textured tile??

I choose a dark gray, textured, ceramic tile for my kitchen and a light gray grout. After cleaning several time with water, the film will not go away. Now the texture has the color of the grout stuck in it. I don't really want to use acid if at all possible, but if it's a ';safer acid'; I would try.How do i get the grout film off of my black, ceramic, textured tile??
White vinegar and water ...about 4 cups of vinegar to a gal of water. Use a sponge and rinse it often in another bucket of clean water. If you don't keep your sponge rinsed you will just be moving the haze around. Rub it in a circular motion then rinse your sponge in the bucket of water then dip it and wring it out in the water and vinegar solution. Set the sponge down and make a big long swipe with it. The trick is once you lift the sponge up don't put it back down until you rinse it. You can flip it over and use the other side but like I said once you lift it.... rinse it in clear water then back to the vinegar water. Do this a few times until your rinse water stays clear. Good luck hope this helps. How do i get the grout film off of my black, ceramic, textured tile??
Just use a dry cloth and takes lots of elbow grease. The textured tiles can be a pain with grout.
Go to a C-Cure distributor and buy C-cure crystals. It is a sulfamic acid that you can use fairly safe to get the grout film off. Next time, use a sealer on the tile prior to grouting or get a product called grout release.
