GTA IV missing textures even after the nvidia patch?

Hi im using a 9800 GT nvidia graphics card and i got and installed the game. After many tries i looked online and found out some new nvidea drivers they made to run gta. So i actually downgraded my drivers to the ';Geforce 80.84'; recommended driver and it still doesn't work. help?GTA IV missing textures even after the nvidia patch?
Why must downgrade? You must upgrade your VGA driver to the latest version. The latest version is more better than previous version. You can get the latest driver version at:
