You may want to go to the saloon with this picture because achieving that style alone is hard enough as it is. You need to have a lot of layering and it would require hair spray and gel. You should get the Got2be glued hair gel is prefferably a good product for spiking your hair.
If you already have your hair cut that way, you just need to straightened it and add some volume (possibly some hairspray on top of the head) to keep the layers in place and add some volume). However, to fully achieve the look, my guess is to have your hair in choppy short layers from top to bottom %26amp; have the bangs as well. Good luck :)
