AGP texture accelerator disabled?

I recently discovered that DirectX Diagnostics was reporting that my AGP texture accelerator is disabled and greyed out so I cannot enable it. I know it was enabled before because I just installed a game telling me it was off and the game may not run smoothly.

You do not have an AGP graphics card, you have an integrated card, meaning you cannot use that. For maximum game performance, you need a video card.
