There is smooth. That goes on easily and is most used by woman. Also there is liquid. That goes on wet by soon dries off.Description of texture for eye pencils?
Softer pencils go on easier, and usually make a thicker line. Harder pencils would make a more precise line.


The type of pencil you want depends on what you are trying to do - a softer pencil for smoky eyes, harder for a defined line. - or you can try liquid, if you can make it even (i can't)
